I really like the story behind this, its beautiful =w=

Lovin' the textures - you haven't gone overboard this time 8D I like how the blue swirl of magic leads the eye around the image. I think it's a bit bright and would look better if it wasn't so crisp and clean, but it works well other than that :3 The shading, lighting and contrast is rather excellent and I love the atmosphere!

It was a bit hit and miss with the blue swirl I'm afraid. I couldn't think of any other way to convey that they were twirling upwards as if dancing in the sky. Unfortunately the bloody thing refused to go like I wanted it exactly so I had to stick with crisp and clean in the end otherwise it just ended up looking like a giant smudge...lol. It's a tad distracting I know but they look so static without it :( I think I just about get away with it if you view the higher res...^^;

You're very sharp btw dozzy, thanks for the crit :)

Instead of a solid blue swirl you coulda done a swirl of glittery bits, like stars or something, swirling around them. I understand what you mean about them looking static without it, though.

And no problemo :3 <33

I did put a blurry dusty effect over the top though it's only really visible on the full size image. Guess I should have made it more prominent. Oh well, I can go back and fix that at a later date should I feel the urge :D
