Concept art for a personal project.

The ruined city is still bustling with nano technology, endlessly carrying out their original tasks long after their creators demise. However, without a watchful eye some have become corrupted and caused small sections of the city to become impassable from the ground. Though eerily beautiful to look at, the parasitic nanites that now call these areas home will invade the bodies of any organism that should stumble into their midst and literally destroy them from the inside out. Our hero will have to find another way around it would seem.

My favorite part is the guy in the bottom part. It adds a great sense of the scale of it all

Oooh, this is beautiful! I really love the concept, and the angle which you did it at is very nice/interesting. ;o The concept of the parasitic nanites is really cool, too! The far background buildings/structures really adds to it, I think (along with the cool / warm glow of the separate areas of the city). c:
